As a follow-up to the Energy Business Roundtable with Assistant Secretary Fannon in June, AMCHAM is bringing together key energy executives for a working meeting with U.S. government officials in charge of leading the Asia EDGE (Asia Enhancing Development and Growth Through Energy) project, one of the three economic pillars supporting the U.S.’s Free and Open Indo-Pacific Strategy.
Two senior USTDA representatives, Shannon Roe, Senior Country Manager, Indo-Pacific, Energy Sector Lead (based in Washington D.C.); and Brandon Megorden, Regional Manager for Asia (based in Bangkok) will present tools to support U.S. commercial opportunities in the energy sector in Thailand and Southeast Asia, and seek feedback from companies based in Thailand about the unique challenges and opportunities here.
The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is the U.S. Government’s international project planning agency.
