Description
"Let's start a DEI initiative!" is a laudable suggestion often given to Human Resources, Marketing, or a newly minted Diversity Officer. But what does it mean, and how do you start? This workshop will seek to answer those questions and give you a clear framework to use and tangible steps to take, regardless your organization's size, composition, or purpose.
Joining virtually will be Angela Peacock and Keunhae Kate Park from GP Strategies' DEI division. Afterwards, we will have a discussion with the audience and guest panelists including Najaya Jotikasthira from Philip Morris International and Christopher Schultz from DKSH. This promises to be an insightful and energetic conversation.
Our speakers:
Angela Peacock is the Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at GP Strategies. She has over 20 years' experience bringing organizations to a place of cultural and strategic change through frank and strategic conversations.
Keunhae Kate Park is a Trainer, Coach, and Consultant with more than 15 years' experience working globally with organizations around their cultural dynamics, transforming diversity into an inherent institutional asset.
Najaya Jotikasthira is Director People & Culture with Philip Morris International and has over 13 years' experience leading organizational change including culture transformation, ways of working, and DEI. In 2021, Philip Morris International received the AMCHAM CSR Excellence Award in recognition of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and community.
Christopher Schultz is Head of Group Capabilities, Culture, Engagement, and Belonging for DKSH and is co-chair of the AMCHAM DEI Committee. Chris has worked in Thailand for over 17 years, building the next generation of leaders.
