About the Speakers:

Dr. Kenneth Jeyseelan is Head of Talent Development for Asia Pacific at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), with over 30 years of experience in talent strategy, learning innovation, and workforce transformation. He leads initiatives on future-ready workforces through digital upskilling, talent mobility, and AI-enabled learning. Kenneth also serves as HR Head for TCS Philippines, working with business partners to advance talent growth.
 
John Stuart Tolmie is the Managing Director of Monroe Consulting Group Thailand, bringing over 35 years of experience in recruitment and executive search. John combines extensive expertise with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and ethical recruitment. He is passionate about building high-performing organizations and creating workplaces where people can thrive and succeed.
 
Craig Cochrane is Chief People Officer at Minor Hotels, bringing over 23 years of experience in global People strategy, aligning talent and organizational priorities with business goals. Craig has held senior roles with leading hospitality groups including Accor Hotels, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, and Jumeirah Group, with international experience across Great Britain, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the UAE, China, Thailand, Switzerland, and Madagascar.
 
Pannawat Nilkitsaranont is VP Facilities Engineering at Chevron Thailand, holding leadership roles across operations and engineering. His expertise spans maintenance, process safety, operations support, and project engineering. Currently, he oversees project management, construction, and technical engineering disciplines, while driving safe and efficient execution of the company’s decommissioning strategy.
