Sheilen Rathod, President Experience, Ogilvy Asia. For the past 19 years Sheilen has specialized helping some of the world’s most iconic brands succeed in the digital world. Navinda Kittisubkul Head of Experience, Ogilvy Bangkok. Navinda joined Ogilvy Bangkok, Experience unit in Y2020 to lead digital driven services design. This includes data strategy and analytics, customer engagement strategy, customer experience design & journey mapping also CRM strategy and deployment. Through her 15 years of experiences in various aspects of communications; as a marketer, a researcher, a brand consultant, a media planner for both traditional and digital media, and as a strategist with dynamic perspectives that help leverage both people and campaign performance. Navinda has broad experience driving both local and global digital campaigns with numerous clients in various industries; FMCG, automotive, petrol, telecommunication, financial, insurance, beverages, airlines, real estate and consumer goods.
Reduan Hasan Khan, Head of B2B Products, dtac (Telenor Group). Reduan Hasan Khan leads dtac’s B2B Product Department and is responsible for IoT, Cloud and 5G Business solutions. With over 15 years of industry experience, he has a proven track record in developing successful Enterprise ICT practices in multiple markets. He has deep expertise in design, development, delivery, and management of IoT, Cloud and 5G Solutions. Dr. Khan held multiple senior leadership positions across Telenor Asia.
