Description
What impact has Covid-19 had on the property market in Thailand? How has it affected the market differently for the office, industrial, residential and hospitality sectors? Will this produce long term structural change? How will each sector recover or redefine themselves?
The AMCHAM Business Economics Committee has brought together a panel of industry experts to provide in-depth insights into the future of real estate and property development in Thailand post Covid-19. Please join us for a vigorous discussion with Barny Swainson of Colliers, James Pitchon, formerly of CBRE and now a keen amateur property observer, Dexter Norville of JLL. They will talk strategies to implement sustainability, technology roadmaps, and for older buildings to re position themselves to retain consumers.
