Matthew is a certified CPA and holds a B.A. in Economics from University of California\, Santa Barbara and an M.B.A from California State University.\n	Josh Maxwell is a partner at Hone Maxwell\, LLP\, and Of Counsel at Mahanakorn Partners Group where he focuses on a wide variety of international tax issues including the Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program\, FATCA\, treaties\, and IRS informational reporting. In addition to being a California certified CPA\, Josh holds a Masters of Tax from Arizona Statue University and a J.D. and LL.M from the University of San Diego School of Law\, where he also serves as adjunct professor.
