DESCRIPTION:AMCHAM is honored to meet with the Revenue Department\, Ministry of Finance on policy issues of mutual interest. The Revenue Department delegation will be led by Deputy Director General Nirandara Prachaubmoh.\n\n \n\nAMCHAM will be represented by AMCHAM President Ornkanya (Mook) Pibuldham\, AMCHAM Vice President Charles Blocker and Wiyada Srinaganand\, Platinum Members\, and Tax and Customs&Excise councils co-chairs.\n\n \n\nTopics under discussion for this meeting will include:\n\n	Personal income tax \n	BEPS Pillar 2\n	M&A Issues \n\nAMCHAM maintains ongoing dialogue with key Thai Government agencies to promote our common goals of fostering a robust business environment in the Kingdom and increasing Thailand's competitiveness at a regional and global level. \n\n \n\nAMCHAM's policy priorities are developed through our working group councils\, open to all members for participation. All policy positions taken forward through AMCHAM channels must represent a significant group of members and receive final approval from the Board of Governors.
