DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 2nd meeting of the AMCHAM Plastic Waste Management Task Force: Introduction to PPP Plastics. AMCHAM is pleased to welcome Khun Poranee Kongamornpinyo of Dow Chemical Thailand\, who will share information on plastic waste management\, and present the introduction slides on PPP Plastics.\n\n\n\nThe Thai government's campaign "Everyday Say No to Plastic Bags" has begun.  The private sector is fully on board in this endeavor and the consumers have started to change their habits by bringing their own bags to carry their shopping.\n\n\n\nA lot still needs to be done in the long term\, which will require new ideas\, models\, methodologies\, and cooperation from all segments of the society.\n\n\n\nWe will also be discussing future plans for developing the AMCHAM position\, design and implement constructive activities on this important issue.
