DESCRIPTION:The Trade Competition Commission's new law\, which has been fully enforceable since 16 December 2021\, limits the maximum length of credit terms which can be requested from SME sellers and service providers at 30 or 45 days\, depending on the types of products/services. For SME sellers and service providers\, this law provides much-needed relief during this economic crisis.\n\n\n\nFor the buyers\, this law has certain restrictive mechanisms that must be followed\, many of which will have material implications on both operational and financial sides.
