He worked for Ingredion from 2001-2019\, holding operations leadership roles in the U.S. and Asia\, before leaving to lead AgriProtein\, a start-up business utilizing insects to recycle food waste with operations in the U.S.\, Europe\, and Africa. Ray rejoined Ingredion in 2023 to lead their ASEAN business as Vice President and General Manager\, Texture & Healthful Solutions\, based in Bangkok. He currently represents Ingredion's APAC business on their global sustainability council as well as sponsors Ingredion's All Life Impact Team\, a group of Ingredion team members who meet to share best practice and drive bottom-up improvement in sustainability.\n\n\n\nPhilip Bernard is the Senior Vice President of Global HDD Operations\, with over 30 years of experience in the hard drive industry. In this role\, she is responsible for shaping the Group's long-term strategy\, transformation\, innovation and communications\, driving sustainable growth across Betagro's agribusiness\, food and international operations. Narumon has been a member of the Thailand Financial Markets Committee (TFMC) since its inception in 2015\, elected to represent the Association of International Banks in TFMC.
