DESCRIPTION:The Government Affairs Council will convene on July 30 with the following agenda:\n\n\n	The Government Affairs and Public Policy Report: July 2020.\n	The summary of AMCHAM meeting with Secretary General of the BOI.\n	The summary of AMCHAM meeting with Minister of Tourism and sports.\n	The Status of the Customs and Excise Council letters to Director General of the Customs Department and Director General of the Excise Department.\n	Revision of the AMCHAM Position Paper on Visas and Work Permits.\n	Other matters.\n\nAll AMCHAM members are welcome to attend the Government Affairs Council meetings to stay abreast of the policy priorities that AMCHAM advocates for on behalf of members. Advance registration is necessary\, as we do not accept walk-ins or non-member guests for these meetings.\n\n\n\nMembership in the AMCHAM Thailand Government Affairs Council is open to managers of government relations and public affairs of AMCHAM Thailand member companies.\nTo continue to receive updates on our advocacy meetings and activities\, or to request to join the Council\, please contact kittie@amchamthailand.com.
