Allison has 15 years' experience in international development\, focusing on women's empowerment\, youth development\, entrepreneurship\, and civic participation in particular working with migrants\, refugees and other vulnerable communities. Prior to joining Kenan Foundation\, Allison supported UNICEF's East Asia Pacific Regional Office as a regional Adolescent Development Specialist and led a Singaporean social enterprise supporting female domestic workers with financial and business literacy.  Allison holds a Master degree in Public Affairs with a specialization in Human Security from Sciences Po\, Paris and a Bachelor's in International Studies from Emory University. \n\n\n\nNikki Phinyapincha\, Founder\, TransTalents Group\, a pioneering DEI consulting and training firm. She serves as a government advisor on the WorldPride 2030 in Thailand feasibility study and is Co-Chair of InterPride's Global Trans Task Force\, as well as co-founder of Trans Pride Thailand.
