At Citi\, she has gained firsthand experience in HR's evolution\, where she has navigated significant organizational restructures by leveraging the firm's world-class\, data-driven technology. She partnered with senior business leaders across ASEAN to provide end-to-end HR support for over 1\,500 employees. Prior to joining Citi\, she held senior roles including Regional HR Director for aCommerce\, where she was instrumental in establishing the HR systems and infrastructure across Southeast Asia. Passaran completed her education in the U.S.\, holding a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and a Master of Public Administration from its Marriott School of Management.\n\nMatt Moran is Director\, ASEAN Communications & IMG Product Communications for Ford Motor Company. Over more than a decade with Ford\, Matt has built a career at the intersection of product storytelling\, corporate reputation\, and crisis communications across some of the world's most dynamic automotive markets.  Alongside his communications roles\, Matt has been a founding member of Ford Pride - the company's employee resource group - since its establishment in Asia Pacific in 2018. He has worked closely with business leaders\, HR teams and other employee resource groups to embed inclusion into workplace culture\, leadership engagement and employee experience. \n\n\n\nBefore joining Ford in 2014\, Matt worked agency-side as an Account Manager at Hill+Knowlton Strategies Thailand\, where he led corporate and marketing communications for global brands including Facebook\, LG Electronics\, Diageo Mo t Hennessy\, and BMW Group. Matt holds a Bachelor of Communication (Public Relations) from RMIT University in Melbourne\, Australia.\n\n\n\nPathanin Sornchangwat is an associate in Tilleke & Gibbins' dispute resolution department in Bangkok. He advises clients across the full spectrum of dispute-related matters\, from prelitigation strategy through to trial and enforcement. Pathanin works closely with both domestic and international clients to develop practical\, commercially grounded strategies aligned with their legal and business objectives. He places particular emphasis on early risk assessment and mitigation\, as well as on structuring effective case strategies to manage complex disputes and achieve favorable outcomes. Pathanin holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and an LLB from Chulalongkorn University. He is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
