The AMCHAM Digital Economy Committee invites you to a C-suite conversation about digital transformation in 2024 and beyond. Drawing on findings from Deloitte Thailand's Digital Transformation Survey, our panelists will share their own experiences guiding transformations in their own organizations as well as client companies. Topics will cover digital disruption trends, strategies for unlocking success, industry snapshots and the CEO leadership role in driving transformation. Attendees will hear first-hand a CFO's perspective on how he steered Minor Hotels' transformation from the pandemic through to 2024 and in the future.

Dr. Narain Chutijirawong is currently working as Executive Director for Deloitte Thailand. He has over 20 years in management consulting, sales, and marketing, as well as IT Industry experiences with leading international companies. He was also a lecturer in IT & Digital Marketing and CRM/Business Analytics in various universities.
Wayne Williams is Chief Financial Officer for the Minor Hotel Group. He has more than 20 years' experience working in Thailand and has been with Minor International for more than 17 years. In that time the Hotel Group has grown from having 10 hotels to now having over 540 hotels in more than 50 countries with a turnover in excess of USD$ 4.5 billion last year. He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Queensland and has been Australian CPA certified for over 20 years. He sits on a number of industry panels and just last year was voted by peers as a Top 10 Global CFO in the annual Icon Awards in the US.
Clay Miller is a trusted advisor and speaker; and provides thought leadership and guidance in the areas of Cloud, Core Insurance and Core Banking Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Agile, and DevSecOps. For the past 4 years, he has been a Senior Advisor supporting Financial Services clients in Asia Pacific. Before that, he was JP Insurance Thailand's Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). While at JP, they were successful with being the first Thai Insurance Company to be 100% on the Cloud and leveraging InsurTech and other leading-edge technologies. He has also worked as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) for luminary companies such as IBM, AMD, Motorola, Kulicke & Soffa, Lattice Semiconductor, and Paradigm Geophysical. Clay is originally from Texas, USA, and has lived and worked in Asia for over 25 years. He has a permanent home in Thailand and has many globally trusted C-Level connections in the government and private sectors.
